How Listings Work
TK NSW Providers/ThrivingKidsnsw.au helps providers share information about their services so families, referrers, and professionals can discover them through an independent directory.
For Providers
- Submit your details. Complete the listing form with your organisation's information, services, contact details, and relevant locations.
- Choose a listing plan. Review the available options and select the plan that suits your visibility needs. Any applicable fee will be shown before payment.
- Listing review and activation. After submission and, where required, payment, your information may be checked and processed before the listing is activated.
- Be discoverable. Once published, your listing can help people learn about your services and contact your organisation directly.
What a Listing Can Include
Depending on the information supplied and the selected plan, a listing may show your organisation's name, service description, categories, locations, website, and contact details. Please provide accurate information and ensure you have permission to publish any details you submit.
Visibility and Plans
Listing features and visibility depend on the plan selected. Where a plan includes state-wide or nationwide directory exposure, the applicable plan description will explain what is included. A paid listing provides directory visibility; it does not guarantee referrals, enquiries, clients, or business outcomes.
For Families and Referrers
Families, referrers, and other visitors can browse the directory and use its family- and referrer-facing information services free of charge. You can review a provider's listing and contact the provider directly to confirm availability, eligibility, service details, and suitability.
Keeping Information Accurate
Providers should update their listing when their services or contact details change. If you notice information that appears incorrect or outdated, please contact us so it can be reviewed.
